We decided to take the day, spend it on Port Aransas Island and then have some lunch!
After taking the Ferry to the island we just wandered around this quaint little island and found it very peaceful and interesting. They do have a couple of RV Resorts on the island which I kinda wish I had known this prior to coming to the area!
We finally found a great restaurant where we stopped and had the blackened fish tacos(Mahi Mahi)!! Which, by the way, were incredible!!!
This unique location not only gives the restaurant a breathtaking view of the Port Aransas Harbor, but also is conveniently located near the majority of attractions Port Aransas has to offer. So remember when you’re looking for a restaurant with fresh food, a fun atmosphere, and fabulous view: FINS Grill and Icehouse is the place to be!
